This looks like a question for Aidan, it's Azerbaijan 10 qəpik coin and the New Zealand 20 cent coin. Question #20 Explain Swedish rounding

Swedish rounding is when a price ending in 1,2,6,& 7 Euro-Cents is rounded down,& a price ending in 3,4,8,& 9 Euro-Cents is rounded up.
Here in New Zealand,we use a modified form of the Swedish rounding system in which a price ending between 1c. & 5c. is rounded down,& a price ending between 6c. & 9c. is rounded up.This is due to being the 10c. coin as the smallest coin in circulation over here.
The Spanish 50 Pesetas also has the Spanish flower edging as well.
Question No. 21;
What 3 British Commonwealth countries issued banknotes for 1 Cent?

In Belgium they use the same rounding is often used, so we don't have to carry around 1, 2 and 5 cent coins. Recently a shopping center in the city of Waregem even banned all coins lower than a euro, using the same rounding.
About the question, I think it's China (British Hong Kong) Malaysia and I'm guessing Australia?

Arne,the British Commonwealth countries that issued 1c. notes were Malaya,Colony of Hong Kong,& Zimbabwe.
I'm surprised that the shopping centre in Waregem has banned all coins from 1 Euro-Cent right up to the 50 Euro-Cents.I thought that banning the use of these coins was illegal,as they're as legal tender as the 1 & 2 Euro coins.

Aw, I thought Malaysia was Malaya, my mistake.
About the coins: It's in fact illegal, that's was exactly the comment they got. I think they eventually turned it into a one day event or something, when they round everything.
Question #22

Bart,that would have to be the gold version of the 1 Gulden dated 2001,which has a mintage of around 1,000 coins.I know that there was a 1 Gulden depicting a kid's drawing on the reverse dated 2001.
